A very simple way to make and eat greens.
No Ingredients or Measures, I just make things based on how hungry I am or how much I need to make. Choose from: dandelion, spinach, chard, cabbage-red or green, radishes, peppers, carrot, celery, cucumber and so many more to pick from. Rounghly cut up to fit in a blender. Add a cup of water, balsamic vinegar, Sea Salt / Soy Sauce / Maggi (a European version of Soy Sauce but with adifferent flavor) or fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Add herbs of choice like garlic, chives, parsley, oregano or other herb of choice. Try a small amount of horseradish or chilli for a bit of heat. Blend until smooth. Drink up.
—For people who would like a bit more, add nuts or seeds and a bit more liquid.
