The warm earthiness of oatmeal and healthy nuts.
Make your oatmeal any which way you would like, I like mine warm in the winter.
To this, add ground nuts of choice by putting them in blender with water or fresh juice of choice (almonds, walnuts, sunfower seeds, flax seeds, cashews, ...). A little raw honey can always be added as well.
So, its not always 100% raw and no exact quantities, its just how I make things and a natural way for me to prepare food.
