This took me only about 15 minutes to make and it was so pretty and good! SOOO good. Totally satisfying, visually and physically. Didn’t use so many ingredients either, so saves me money! Oh, and it all should be organic, because that’s better for you!
parsely
1 medium sized carrot
1 stick of celery
1 tablespoon miso
¼ cup almonds+cashews+punpkin seeds (whatever nuts/seeds you
want)
2 tablespoon olive oil (raw, cold-pressed)
a few collard leaves
sprinkle currants, raisins, or craisins
handful bean sprouts
Pate’:
Use a food processor to turn all the nuts and seeds into a power and put in a separate bowl.
Process the carrot, celery, however much parsely you want, miso, currants or raisins or craisins until it’s all like a crumble.
Slowly add the powdered seeds and nuts and process.
Add the olive oil. Process more.
Put the pate’ in collard leaves, however many you need, and place the bean sprouts on top, then roll the leaves.
