Serves 1A great breakfast cereal! The bananas and walnuts make it filling.You don’t NEED the chia seeds to make it, they just add kind of a fun consistency.
Ingredients:
1 apple, diced
1 banana, diced
10 walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon almond pulp (leftover from milk)
2 dried apricots, diced
raw honey, to taste
cinnamon, to taste
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Preparation:
Mix the chia seeds and almond milk in your seving bowl while you chop the other ingredients. If you like, you can even gently warm the milk in a double boiler over low heat first, and have warm cereal!
