2 tablespoon Agave Nectar (optional sweetener)
½ cup Hempseeds, Hulled

cup Flaxseeds
Strawberries (enough to come to rim of liquids), Frozen
1 cup Blueberries, Fresh
Preparation:
Blend liquids and seeds.
