These bars are excellent before training or just after a serious training session. Also, they are a great snack as well as making a great breakfast on the go!!!

1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup flax
seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tblsp maca
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired texture. Keep in longer if you like it a bit grainier. Then once finished, roll it into bars and slice them up. Wrap each one individually and put into fridge or freezer. If you like a sweeter bar, you could use a teaspoon of agave.
