This recipe is like a morning cereal.
1 apple, 1 pear, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tablespoon of flax seeds
Blend the apple,pear,and flax seeds. It will be like a puddin.
Pour it on a plate,and add the raisins and the walnuts.
You can add some bluberries,and rasberries too.
I eat this every morning,and I really like it.
