My favorite breakfast!
Ingredients:
oat groats, soaked overnight
orange, peeled
dash honey
apple, grated
Preparation:
Blend soaked groats and orange until smooth. Add honey then pour into a bowl. Top with grated apple and enjoy!
If you have any leftover you can add some extra sweetener and form into cookies. Stick them on the dehydrator for later.
Btw, I don’t measure my groats. I just take a cup and figure it looks like enough. :)
