Approx. 5-6 Cups or a Full Day of Snacking
makes breakfast on the go worth eating!
looking for cool topping on your little “hand feast”? Fresh Banana Slices!!
mixed with almond or mac nut butter, freez = becomes instant Cookie!
2 cup Oatmeal (steelcut is good), throw into bowl
1½ cup organic Raisins, add
1 cup Fresh (better) Dried Coconut, sprinkle in
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (grated good or cupboard), sprinkle
2 tablespoon Dates (any kind is great), chopped
2 teaspoon Raw honey (local) or Agave, Stir In
1 cup Almonds, Walnuts, Macadamia (soaked 2 hrs.), chopped
1 cup Dried Pineapple or Apples (dehydrate), mix
Usually made without much attention to measurements, add whatever on hand and GO!
