meI came up to the house with a smoothie in mind but when i pulled this out of the fridge, it became a salad…a tastey one too…in fact im chewing as i type!
Ingredients:
2 cup torn dino kale
2 cup small leaf spinach
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 mango peeled and cubed
1 avocado peeled and
cubed
¼ cup olive oil
1 dash sea salt
1 lime wedge squeezed
Preparation:
assemble all ingredients in your biggest salad bowl and toss well, then enjoy!!1
