Ingredients:
2 cup chopped roma tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon jalapeno
½ cup fresh basil
½ cup red bell
pepper
.33 cup fresh oregano
¼ cup Nama Shoyu
1 cup olive oil
½ cup dried tomatoes, soaked
¼ cup yellow onion
Preparation:
Blend all together until creamy. Would also be good on raw noodles.
Note: I would never use that much oil. Use your judgement. I often wondered if that was a mistake. I usually used a dried pizza seasoning (to taste) in place of the fresh basil and oregano.
