I found this recipe on the web years ago and it was loved by everyone who tried it, raw foodists or not. Luckily I printed it out because shortly after, it disappeared and I’ve never been able to find it again. I changed it up to suit myself, but no matter what I did to it, it was always delicious! I will add recipes for crust, cheese and sauce separately. Sorry I don’t have a photo yet.
On one ten-inch raw buckwheat crust, dehydrated, spread mock cheese spread, raw pizza sauce, then add toppings of your choice….suggested: cherry tomato halves, chopped bell pepper, mushroom slices (marinated in Nama Shoyu soy sauce), diced jalapeno, diced green onion, fresh parsley, oregano and/or basil, others of your choice. Sprinkle with juice of one/half lemon. Serve immediately or put in dehydrator for short while to warm. Scrumptious!!
