Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
.33 cup goji berries, soaked a few min
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup hemp seeds
1
dates
½ peeled cucumber
½ avocado
2 cup milk of your choice
Preparation:
Blend well. I actually use 2 dates because they are small.
