Ingredients:
3 red lettuce leaves, rip into pieces
½ cup sunflower greens
1 bartlett pear, dice
1½ tablespoon apple cider vineger
1
tablespoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon cayenne
¼ cup walnuts, in pieces
1 tablespoon honey
2 dates,
chopped
1½ tablespoon raw tahini
Preparation:
rip lettuce into bite size pieces, place in bowl
top with sunflower greens
dice pear, put in bowl
chop dates, add in
pour in apple cider vinegar and
honey
drizzle tahini
sprinkle cinnamon and cayenne
sprinkle walnuts
toss-enjoy!
