2.5 glasses served me for breakfast!This is a really tasty smoothie. I find that maca powder can be a little difficult to enjoy but this recipe really does it. It doesn´t mask the flavor of the maca, just combines it with complementary flavas.
Ingredients:
2 cup galia or other melon, chunked
1 nectarine or peach, sliced
1 banana
2 teaspoon maca powder
2 teaspoon Super Defense Food or
spirulina
½ cup filtered water
