Servings:
Serves 1 or 2Guacamole with cucumber instead of tomato.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cucumber
1 clove garlic
juice of one orange
a generous lot of linseeds
some cumin and
fennel seeds
lots of rosemary and less thymian
¼ cup strong tea of ginger and thymian
1 dash each of soy sauce and sesame oil
¼
teaspoon chai-spice mix (chili instead of pepper)
Preparation:
Blend everything and serve with something crispy.
