Serves OneQuick, easy and delicous, plus these are ingredients one usually has already in the house.
Preparation:
1 Banana,
.5 cup old fashioned raw oats,
1 cup almond milk or soy milk,1 tablespoon flax seeds. I used toasted golden ones, because that was all I had in the house.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend. You can
add 2 pitted dates for extra sweetness.
