Ingredients:
1 large, ripe avocado
3 fresh apricots
3 pitted dates
2 purple plums
2 cup water
Preparation:
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and whiz away! With less water, this could be a pudding, a sauce or layered with nut crust to make a parfait.
