I was reading Frederic Patenaude's book where he talks about how when children are raised on 100% raw, after a few generations children start being born with birth defects. Frederic did mention that someone had managed to raise generations of healthy kids by adding raw dairy to their diet. Has anyone had any experience with this?
I'm worried about this because I want my little boy to grow up healthy, but I don't want to feed him lots of nuts, which is also unhealthy. Trying to find something that gives him enough calories but still keep the diet healthy.
