Ingredients:
1 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup currants, soaked overnight
1/2 cup figs, stemmed
1 tbsp orange rind
1 tsp braggs
crust:
2 cups nuts, soaked 24 hours and then dehydrated 1 day
,1/2 cup dates, raisins, and or figs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp
braggs
1 tsp lemon or roange zest (optional)
Preparation:
1. coarsley grind crust ingredients ant press into a 8"x8" pan
2. blend seeds and figs in food processor
3. mix in currants, rind, and braggs
4. pour poppyseed mixture onto
crust
5. press firmly and chill
6. cut into squares
