Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced yellow squash
2 cups cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper
3 cups grated fennel
1 tsp ground fennel
seed
juice of 1 lemon
coconut water
Preparation:
1. combine last 4 ingredients in a processor or blender
2. mix everything
