Ingredients:
2 cups buckwheat groat soaked 6 hours
liquid aminos or shoyu
lemon juice
seasonings (optional)
Preparation:
1. mix everything and marinate 2 hours
2. dehydrate 2-4 hours or until crunchy
3. store in an airtight container
