Ingredients:
2 Large Carrots Unpeeled.
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Strawberries.
Preparation:
Juice 2 carrots.
In blender add carrot juice/strawberries/banana and coconut milk.
Pour into bowl.
You can stir in any carrot pulp into the soup if you like more texture.
Garnish with pulp and coconut milk.
If you like a room temp soup, add an un frozen banana.
