3 medium cucumbers
2 scallions
2 garlic cloves
10 radishes
1/3 cup parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon
juice
1 green onion including top
2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes

1. peel 2 cucumbers if waxed and slice
2. slice radishes thin
3. chop scallions
4. mince garlic and parsley
