These kale chips taste amazing, the sauce is just wonderful! If you aren't patient and can't wait the 24 hour slow dehydration period, an oven can be used on the lowest temperature with the door open... however, it still might take awhile, consume a lot of power and may destroy some nutrients. I only ever made them in a dehydrator.
several pieces of kale
1/2 pound of sesame seeds (ground)
4 limes (juiced)
1 tablespoon of pink crystal salt
2 red peppers
(chopped)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
dash of coconut nectar
Tear off bite sized (or any sized) pieces from the kale leaves, leaving behind the toughest part of the stem
Blend all ingredients (except kale) to make the sauce
Hand mix the sauce into the pieces of kale (perhaps in a large
bowl)
Place kale leaves onto dehydrator sheets at around 105-115 degrees for about 24 hours
