I am happy to have access to such wonderfully-appearing raw recipes. I've been juicing for quite some time and lately I've been making a lot of smoothies which always have some sort of greenery blended in. I do use the pulp when I juice to make muffins, cakes, or add to soups/stews so I'm not a totally cold raw eater.
I live where the Mississippi River runs west to east in southeast Minnesota.
