2½ cup almond pulp saved from making milk
¼ cup maple syrup
4 tablespoon coconutoil
3 parts date sugar, 1 part cinnamon and pinches of ground nutmeg or cloves for rolling donuts in
1/4 c coconut oil and a dash of olive oil for brushing on donuts
blend almond pulp, maple syrup, pinch of salt and 4 T coco oil till smooth. then shape the mixture into little donut hole sized balls and dehydrate for a 3 hours. after brush the balls with the coconiut-olive oil mixture; after roll the balls in the date sugar mixture. dehydrate again until desired crispiness.
**maple syrup is not raw but i use it any way; if anyone tries this out with dates or any other raw sweetner let me know how it turns out :)
