Wonderfully done Indian dish! This recipe can also be used a 'base' curry sauce dish. Or, you can try out other substitutions for the Tomato... Just like curry, the possibilities are endless with this ultimate vegetarian course. Photo coming soon!
Cauliflower (for 'Rice")
Sauce:
Tomato
Cumin
Curry Spice *optional
Coriander
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Ginger
Powder
Garam Masala
Salt
Cayenne * Optional
Chili Powder *Optional
Pepper, white or black
Olive Oil
Nuts * Optional for creamy texture but not necessary
Mushrooms *optional
Peas
Process Cauliflower in food processor to make 'rice'. Salt, White Onion, Olive Oil and/or Sesame Seed may be added to enhance taste & decadant-ness!
Blend Sauce ingredients in blender. Add spices gently. Go light on the Garam Masala and Curry. These may contain clove or other spices that can turn the raw curry 'harsh' whereas the solo spices are more blending.
Pour sauce over rice. Shell peas and add on top of sauce. Slice mushrooms if desired.
