So I was looking at all the yummy looking "bread" recipes but they all seem to require a dehydrator.
I'm trying to experiment and go raw for a month, and so don't really want to invest in a dehydrator (I would rather invest in a spiralizer!)
Anyway, aside from fruits and sprouting everything, how else can you get carbs?
(It's funny, most meat-eaters will say "raw/vegans don't eat enough protein" - not me! It's the glucose that keeps the brain going...!)
