Servings:
1Thick smoothie which makes a great breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 ripe banana
1/8th cup hulled hemp seeds
2 dried figs
1 heaped tsp carob powder
Preparation:
Easy as pie - stick all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
Sorry there is no picture, I didn't realise how nice it was going to be until I drank it and then there was none left to photograph!
