After being a vegetarian for ...years! I decided to try the vegan lifestyle. I love it and it really seems to suit me. In order to really improve my health and, if I am to be truly up front- trying to lose a few pounds for good, I decided to try a raw food diet. So far, so good. It's only been a few days but I feel great! The surprising thing is that I feel no hunger at all and I have not felt bloated. I intend to continue!
