Servings:
One person.I like to eat this for breakfast when the weather cools down. It may be misleading to call this oatmeal but, for me, it has the same warm and comforting flavor.
Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced
handful of pecans or walnuts, chopped
small handful of dried coconut
sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste
tiny squeeze of agave nectar (optional, I
just use it to get things to stick together)
Preparation:
Mix in a bowl and enjoy!
