Hello there! I've dabbled in raw foods, between 75-85%, for short periods of time. Over the past year, however, I've been eating the most horrific things, and have decided to leap into the deep end of the pool. I've given myself a personal challenge, of 45 days 100% raw.
I stocked up on food, started a blog and asked my friends to cheer me on. I even suffered through paralyzing caffeine withdrawal yesterday.
And so here I am, delving back into the raw food world, trying to psyche myself up. :) Hello everyone!
