My FAVORITE quick meal. I love the bitterness of the tahini, the sweetness of the carrots and the spicyness of the onion.
2 leaves lettuce, washed and dried
2 carrots washed, peeled or grated
.125 cup red onions (plus or minus), thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raw tahini
1 dash Braggs/Lemon etc, optional
Spread your tahini thinly on the lettuce leaves, top with carrots and onions. Pick it up while leaning over your plate and get to chomping! Yummy!
