Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat groats, soaked overnight
1/2 banana
tbsp nut butter
berries, optional
Preparation:
Soak 1/2 cup oat groats overnight. In the morning, combine oat groats (with water!) in food processor or blender along with half a banana and a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter. It's delicious! You can also add some berries and make it taste just like a pb&j sandwich! YUM!
