Ingredients:
1 large tomato
4 large basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
a bit of
jalapeno (be careful :))
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger root
3 tbsp soy sauce (or which ever you
perfer)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 sundried tomatoes
Preparation:
