2-4a really quick and simple raw recipe, great for raw noobs!
Ingredients:
crust:
1 1/2c shredded unsweetened coconut
1c almond pulp (from making almond milk)
1 banana
2T lemon
juice
aw agave to taste
nutmeg to taste
cinnamon to taste
toppings:
2 organic, fresh bananas,
4-6 organic, fresh strawberries
1/4c organic, fresh blueberries
Preparation:
blend crust ingredients in a food processor. spread into desired shape in a dish or dehy until warm if desired. (i dehy mine overnight--6hrs or so--and it makes the crust like a cookie)
slice topping fruits and pile on top of crust. enjoy!
