4 small servingsI felt deficient in "Vitamin Orange" so I made this.
Ingredients:
1 cup of water (if you want sweeter add apple juice instead)
1/2 small banana
3 whole guavas cut up
2 Tbsp lucuma powder (Navitas brand) (you may substitute fresh lucuma if it grows near
you.)
1/4 large ripe papaya
1/2 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Blend everything together until creamy and smooth.
