Milk thistle, yellow dock, and dandelion are all potent liver supporters and cleansers
Ingredients:
Handful sesame seeds
Handful milk thistle seeds
3-4 cups dandelion and yellow dock tea (warm not hot)
Blend and strain to make a milk
1 heaping tbls or more of raw honey
1 heaping tbls of non GMO brown rice protein (I like Nutribiotic)
1/2 to 1 cup of frozen blueberries
Blend, drink, and
