4A lusciously creamy, holiday drink.
Ingredients:
1 cup brazil nuts
1 cup hazelnuts
2 (soaked) medjool dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup agave
4 cups
water
1/4 tsp. salt
nutmeg
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients except nutmeg until frothy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Strain through a nut milk bag. Grate nutmeg on top and mix. Sprinkle a little more nutmeg on each serving glass.
