Absolutly Delcious and Very Healthy Salad to fill up the Tank!
3½ cup Lettece
1½ cup Spinach
½ Cucumber, Peeled
1 Small Smith Apple
1 Comice Pear
pinch Soaked & Then Dried)Walnuts
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
I tend to layer the Salad as follows: Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber(Thinly Sliced), then I pour on the Dressing(combine Lime and water, just enough to modify desired consistency, and Almond Butter), Top with Pear(Thinly Sliced) and Apple(Thinly Sliced). I then squeeze the other half of the lime over the top of the salad, keeps the Fruit nice and fresh!
