Servings:
makes roughly 2 large( main course) or 4 small ( appetizer) servingsIngredients:
fruit from two cantelopes
1/2 cup lime juice
one chili pepper ( you pick how hot!)
Sweetener to taste-I use 1-2 packets of stevia
1/2 -1 cup water for desired
consistency
pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients together, chill and enjoy!
Preparation:
For those of you who practice food combining this recipe might be an interesting experiment. I ate this soup as a main course one night. Loved It and digested it perfectly.
The next day I had it for lunch. Loved it. But then I ate an apple too and the melon was not so fond of the company in my stomach. So maybe melons should be enjoyed on
their lonesome!
