I just finished making a batch of “Chicken” Soup for the Raw soul (http://www.rawguru.com/recipe5.html ), I took a little taste of the left over pulp and I thought, “Hey, it tastes like chicken.”
So I put the pulp in my food processor with a little bit of Avocado Mayonaise from Cindy’s Mock Tuna Salad (which I got here: http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/mocktuna.html ), a couple stalks of celery and I pulsed it all together, wrapped some romaine around this and “Chicken” Salad.
It’s very nummy

Just a side note: I replaced the dates with stevia. Worked great.
