very quick and easy, no pre prep required. lots of goodies in this one health wise.
4 cup broccoli florets
1 red onion, roughly chopped
1 avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
½ sweet red pepper, roughly chopped
1 med zuccini, roughly
chopped
¼ cup your favourite oil
3 tablespoon your favourite raw creamy salad dressing
¼ cup ACV
sprinkle sea
salt
sprinkle fresh ground black pepper
½ cup pine nut seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
blitz the broccoli florets till nice and fine, doesnt take long,in the food processor. pour into a huge bowl. put the zuccini, red onion, avocado, and red pepper through the food processor (no need to clean from the broccoli), till fine but chunky. pour into the bowl, chuck in the other ingrediants, stir it up good and proper, eat! for the oil try to go for something neutral in taste.
