a very hearty salad utilising my sunflower sourcream recipe as the salad sauce, you can use your favourite creamy raw dressing if you prefer, i would recomend getting a bit of garlic in there somehow though
2 cup sprouted alfalfa
2 cup sprouted quinoa
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 kohl rabi, cut into thin sticks
1 med zuccini (courgette),
diced
1 small onion, finely diced
½ red pepper (paprika), cut into sticks
½ cup chopped tomatos
sprinkle
salt
sprinkle black pepper
5 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup my sunflower sourcream recipe on goneraw
1 tablespoon ACV
mix it all up! eat! burp!
