Simple Strawberry Sorbet
This is a very tasty, refreshing desert and it’s so easy. You can really substitute any fruit you like, I just had strawberries on hand and they seemed to work very well.
¾ cup Water
10 Large Ripe Strawberries
1 tablespoon Agave or Raw Honey
Blend all ingredients until smooth and put it in the freezer for about 1.5 hours or until frozen “crispy” so that you can still break it into pieces easily with a fork.
It is really good when topped with thedailyraw’s banana cream http://goneraw.com/recipes/1048-Elvis-Banana-Nut-Butter-and-Jam-Parfait [3]
I prefer to substitute macadamia nuts instead of cashews for that recipe though. I also threw on a few cacao nibs as a garnish.
