Ingredients:
meat of 1 young coconut
1/4 cup young coconut water
avocado
sprinkle olive oil
pinch sea salt
dash
fresh lime
Preparation:
Blend up the coconut meat and water
Add in the avocado and blend until creamy
Pour into bowl.
Sprinkle the top with sea salt, olive oil and squeeze some fresh lime.
Enjoy.
