servings--this is always hard for me...not sure, i'd say 2?this is delicious! wrap it up in lettuce leaves or serve with crackers and mmm mmm mmm.

Ingredients:
1½ cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 green onions with their lovely stems, chopped
1 large garlic clove or 2 small, chopped
6 baby carrots ,
chopped
3 key limes squeezed or .25 cup lime/lemon juice
1 tablespoon bragg's aminos
Preparation:
blend all ingredients until smooth-ish…i use my vitamix…love my vitamix:)
