a very simple tomato bisque recipe with fresh corn. delicious and seriously filling.
2 large tomatoes
5 sun dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon cold press olive oil
2 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup fresh corn
add all the ingredients but the corn in a food processor (i used a magic bullet). blend up until it is a nice creamy texture. add the corn and eat up.
