Before I started to eat raw I did not like regular sushi. But now I just love to eat sushi.
You can create a very quick lunch and you feel fuel of energy after eating it.
4 sheets raw nori
2 spring onions
1 red bell pepper
1 small zucchini
½ cup sprouted alfa alfa seeds
4 collars green leafy vegetable
2 tablespoon olive oil
To make avocado-sunflower dip place in a blender 1/2 avocado,1/2 red bell pepper,1 small zucchini,1/2 sprouted sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, lemon juice, oregano, basil. Mix until smooth.
1/2 half avocado, 1 carrot, 2 spring onions, 1/2 red bell pepper slice into thin pieces.
Place sliced vegetable on a nori sheet, add avocado- sunflower dip, top with alfa alfa sprouts and cover with green leafy vegetable. Roll the nori as tight as possible.
Cut into pieces and enjoy.
